This little guy is great. Bow tie is a nice touch...so is the super flat hat. Stand-out pose is the one where he's mentioning something some guy over his shoulder.
Awesome. I love how expressive these drawings are....This is going to sound damn strange, but this guy really reminds me of my former boss @_@. He used to wear those hats and everything.

Funny, reminds me of the bob camp cicus midgets, I think those were his designs. Any way nice drawings. That looks like a fun character to animate.
